Job Description
- Work with a team of developers and business analysts to develop new products and enhance existing systems
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills as an Individual Contributor in software development
- Develop workable software solutions according to given requirements and technical specifications
- Design, initiate and handle technical designs while developing complex application features
- Contribute to innovative technology solutions that streamline business processes and improve system efficiency
Responsibilities
- Develop user APIs, databases, interfaces, and client displays according to technical specifications and business requirements
- Quickly produce well-organized, optimized and documented source code following established guidelines and best practices
- Debug existing source code and polish feature sets to ensure optimal performance and functionality
- Build and execute unit and functional test cases and automation to ensure high quality of code delivery
- Contribute to technical design documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Innovate and develop high-value technology solutions to streamline processes while working independently when required
Key Skills
- Microsoft Platform Technologies: Strong experience with Microsoft development stack and frameworks
- C# Programming: Demonstrable experience and strong understanding including LINQ implementation
- Database Management: Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
- Development Tools: Proficiency with Visual Studio IDE and TSQL queries
- Version Control: Working knowledge of GIT, SVN, Team Foundation Server
- Software Development: Strong background in SDLC using Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Object-Oriented Programming: Solid understanding of OOPS concepts and design patterns
- Problem Solving: Critical thinking abilities with attention to detail mindset
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Experience: 2-5 years of related software development experience (Recent graduates with demonstrable skills considered)
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft platform, C#, SQL Server, and Visual Studio IDE
- Database Knowledge: Experience with TSQL Queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
- Development Methodology: Background in Software Development Life Cycle using Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently, adapt to fast-paced environment, and stay updated with latest trends
